Peace

Oh, Peace, thou gentle dove, That soarest high above, With wings so white and pure, And heart that's ever sure.

We long to hear thy voice, And in thy light rejoice, To lay down all our strife, And live a peaceful life.

Oh, Peace, we pray to thee, To set our spirits free, To heal our wounds and scars, And bless us with thy stars.

May wars and conflicts cease, And harmony increase, May all the world unite, In love and endless light.

Oh, Peace, we yearn for thee, To bring us unity, To guide us on our way, And bless us with thy day.

Peace

Peace is the gentle breeze that blows, Through rustling leaves and fields of rose. Peace is the warmth of the sun's embrace, And the moon's soft glow upon your face.

Peace is the laughter of a child, And the love of a parent mild. Peace is the bond between two friends, And the joy that never ends.

Peace is the stillness of the night, And the dawn's awakening light. Peace is the harmony of all, Great and small, both big and small.

Peace is the gift that we all share, A treasure beyond compare. So let us cherish peace each day, And help it grow along the way.
